On 10.07.2023, during the food microbiology poster session of the 10^th Congress of European Microbiologists, a member of our Team, Jan-Niklas Schwarz, presented a poster entitled “General features of M23 endopeptidases and their potential use as enzybiotics.”. Asked about his post-conference impressions, Jan-Niklas told – “Presenting my work on M23 family enzymes and their potential as alternatives to antibiotics, I was very pleased to discuss the results of my work and receive valuable feedback.”
